Meika Velazquez, CVT

Meika is our head Veterinary Technician and has been with us since the beginning of BCVC. She attended Bel-Rea Vet Tech School in Denver, and has been putting her skills to good use ever since! Meika and her husband have 2 sons and a herd of pets, and she partners with Dr. Rachel to breed French Bulldogs as part of San Juan Frenchies. Her special interests lie in emergency medicine and canine reproduction.

Jessica Sammons

This Corgi-loving gal helps keep things running smoothly at the front desk. She comes to BCVC with years of experience, so Jessica is a wealth of knowledge and always willing to help make everyone’s day a little bit brighter! When she isn’t working, Jess is loving on her Corgis or her chickens, quilting, or spending quality time with her family.
